Contract duration minimum 2 months to maximum 2 years (renewable).

Mandatory 2 months notice period on vacation of office to be given in writing.

Contract is not a lease but a service agreement contract.

On renewal of contract, service fee may change according to prevailing market trends.

All the rates are exclusive of tax and service charges (18%).

In case of fixed contracts over 12 months we can consider making reasonable alterations or modifications to room structure.
